Elllan is a versatile trainer with Software Education. Her course focus is in business process modelling, business analysis, user acceptance testing and technical writing.
Ellan has a broad experience base in analysis, IT infrastructure support and development. She started as an application developer while still at university in California then continued to gain experience in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle, team management and operations.
Besides her skills as an analyst, Ellan excels in managing communications and interactions between business management and technical implementation groups. In the past, Ellan has been told that she has “a flair for taking difficult projects and making them succeed with the client”. In addition to her analytical skills, Ellan is valued for her mentoring ability as well as her skill for managing communications and interactions between the business management and the technical implementation groups
Her projects have allowed her to work with clients in government, military, health, banking and energy. Key areas of experience include process and workflow management analysis, business support application implementations, operations management and technical writing.
