Volere is the umbrella that covers the collection of requirements templates, processes, books, consulting and training designed by UK-based Suzanne and James Robertson. Pictured below is a Volere Requirements Specification Template which is used to help elicit the right requirements - first time. Volere is now being used by thousands of organisations around the world as part of their preferred requirement gathering process. They run their 3-day flagship course Mastering the Requirements Process publicly in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch, as well as in-house (on-site) for customers on demand. This is a fantastic opportunity to hear directly from the creators of the world-wide acclaimed Volere requirements process.
Mastering the Requirements Process course is based on their published book of the same name (Addison-Wesley, 2006), with each participant receiving a copy of the book along with comprehensive course notes and Volere template cards.
Those look to further their training with the Robertsons can do so with their more advanced course: Mastering the Requirements Process - Part 2. This 2-day course focuses on building on existing requirements expertise, and integrating requirements into project management for the maximum effect.

Andrew is currently Sydney-based, and has spent a lot of time working with the Robertsons in the UK.
